Well I am down from last week. At one point I was weighing in at 307 last week but I was not really tracking and that could have been night weight vs morning, not sure. Well I have not updated my weight the past 3 weeks and had gained 8 lbs but I'm now back to what my tracker says so that is good. I really need to watch it with the holidays coming up. I know some people can do paleo or other types diets and do lose but it seems like it always comes down to calories at least I know it does for me. Stacy, I personally think you can throw those charts out the window. You do have to think about what you can live with and how you feel. If that is 11 lbs over what the charts say then so be it.
