  • So put 14 miles on today. With that and it being 31 days this month I am still a little ahead of goal of 240 miles. I hope there wont be anymore mishaps. I am half way there with 122 miles as of today. This is from yesterdays ride.

  • It is definitely good to have the encouragement of the forums and friends here. Got my tires Friday went for 17 miles yesterday. Going to head out for another 10 or 15 this afternoon. I hope they hold up this time around. It's pretty discouraging when things like that go wrong.

  • Thanks DebSue, its like they say you never forget how to ride a bike. I even took a video while riding yesterday when the train came by. Lol I would never do that on the road but on the bike path with no one in sight I did. I dropped three more pounds this week for a total of 16 off of the amount that I gained recently.…
