Re: bras. Gave up on workout bras a long time ago. Trained for and ran a marathon wearing my regular, sturdy, minimizer underwire x 2. Just put one bra right over the other. Let me know if it works for you, too.

I'm eating 1600 calories/day, trying to go grain-free. Cutting way back on sugar, just continue having a bit of chocolate. Today I'm doing an intense 45 minute workout class.
