Mine is so I can look the way I want to look.. Purely for myself. But also a big middle finger to anyone that has doubted me or made me feel awful.

I personally dont do this, but my friend plans exactly what she is going to eat throughout the day and it seems to work for her - she even allows herself a treat every now and then. I know thats not always possible with working/family life but anyhow it's all about moderation! Tell your husband not to have more unhealthy…

My main goals are just to stick with my excercise plan, complete the 30 day shred then maybe ripped in 30 (so if you've done it before or want to start, feel free to talk to me) and live a more healthy lifestyle where I'm comfortable with my weight. :)
