have you tried changing up your exercise throw in some weights..once a week I cardio for about 10 min then set up some light weight lifting lite to moderate in weight and I'll do 4 sets of 15 with about 30 secs rest in between..hitting arms . legs , shoulders ect...the secret is to keep moving to keep the heart rate up…

I use the one from MFP...they seam to be more on target...they all are generic but they seam to be closer
