I hated it. I was always hungry, no matter what I ate/didn't eat. I only had a little to lose and was given the same amount of points as someone who had much, much more to lose. There didn't seem to be any logic as to how someone's daily points were calculated.

Thanks for the responses. I did wet the strap, all information was entered correctly (lbs, etc) and I'm not out of shape (I mean, I could be better but who couldn't! I work out 4-5x per week for about 45 minutes). I'll keep an eye on it for a few days, double check the HR and ensure its properly connected and see how it…
