I don't think people make it bigger than need to be. Having different approaches to how you utilize mfp is valid especially if they are not forcing those beliefs on others. Those that don't care about communication with friends should and will find others that feel the same way. Those that do care about interaction will…

All the healthy substitutes suggested above are great options. Have you tried making your own spaghetti sauce or using ground turkey or chicken instead of ground beef? One suggestion could be allow yourself to eat it as much as you want and then maybe you get sick of it after, say a month, of eating it all the time. Either…

Use what the label says. Mfp has a lot of foods that are manually entered by users and there are a lot of errors or incomplete entries.
-
Nope not wrong. There are plenty of people on MFP that are ok with that. There are also a lot that aren't. I still think being clear about your expectations would save some people getting deleted.

I think they are good. Rarely eat just one. And yea, for me, my insulin resistance, they are just disguised candy bars. Maybe there is some better way to quickly get your fiber?

Ummmm the cookies and cream is really good to mix with Optimum Nutrition vanilla protein powder. Nice protein shake.

In addition to all states above, there is more! Less stress. Helps with decreasing injuries from not stretching. Being active instead of just sitting on the couch...

I had the Garmin Vivofit and when I got steps during the day that did not count into my calories burned. I had to but on a chest strap when I did cardio and my burn calories are calculated off of that. Also keep in mind that the HRMs can have accuracy issues so try not to touch/ear exercise cals if you can help it. At…

We agree again :o :p :)

Hahaha I love her too. Now that made me tear up :(

That's what I was thinking. Also you kill the person before they turn so maybe they aren't infected...

Lol THANK GOSH. Last week was probably one of the slowest episodes TWD has put out. :#

Yes good point to be careful what you are doing. But I'd add with ANY form of exercise you are doing. OP in addition I say you can try any form of yoga and stop at any point during the class that you feel would not be beneficial for you. There are always modifications you can do while you wait for something that is not…

Walking for 60 mins a day every day helped me. Also power or flow yoga with a really good instructor is a good way to be active and exercise. I have not had an MRI but I had a lot of back and hip pain. Also, getting massages a couple times a month made the world of difference as far as keeping me comfortable between…

Way to make the decision to make positive changes to your health. Wishing you much fat loss and finding good, mutually supportive friends. If you lose everything else and still have a bigger butt, many would say you have one of the most desired figures right now. Big butts are in style :) B) . Good luck on your journey!

Wow! You really should post more about this one day. I'm totally fascinated. Never heard of this until today. Thanks for sharing :)

Thank you for taking the time to give such articulate, thoughtful, and helpful posts. I had a very similar experience with sugar. Currently on a break from logging because I did it for years, but will start again soon. Your post is a nice reminder of just how mindful I need to be of sugar.

I should have pointed out that this is a green tea with blueberry. I don't like the taste of green tea so this tea is a good way to help cut down on that taste.
-
Try Yogi Blueberry Slim. It's pretty tasty and I don't like tea.

I juice! Usually m-f once a month.

I thought 90 mins on just Morgan was too much. I was bored. I get that they wanted to give a backstory but I feel like it could have been done in a fraction of the time. But I do like Eastman. It was a bit cruel to make us fall for him then watch him get bit and fall apart all in one episode.

Hmm probably was a glitch. I know it will show on your profile that you have less friends but when you look at your FL on the full website, the friends are still there. And you can still communicate or see their wall.
-
@arditarose we sort of covered that in prior posts in the thread. But fitness updates, like weight loss, logins, logging food or workouts should occasionally be something that interests friends on the site.
-
@TheBeachgod usually on the sad posts I've seen the poster will say something like "but I won't quit" or im working through it" or "I have a great support system" and I will like that posts along with post a comment. Also some people use the like feature to signal to their friends that they did read and see the posts. Just…

I hate declining requests, but I know if I accept anymore that I will become a less interactive friend with my current friends that I already have. So I usually decline with a message. If they sent a message with the request, occasionally I'll give in and accept. I do encourage some deleting. Those that never login or…

Peoples first impressions of me are never accurate. They are always surprised by my personality when they get to know me. I guess I'm nothing like the person I put out to the world. Not so "deep" but despite all the hair and makeup im a tomboy and much rather hang with the fellas than girls ANY day.
-
I certainly consider this being an interactive friend. I also don't mind and like quieter friends. I like them too. It's just the absolutely deafening silent ones that I delete. I also agree that it's nice to have a balance. Also when my more quiet friends do post or comment, I value them a lot, because those posts are so…
-
Yeah, I don't mind the periods of being quiet. It's those that add me and we never connect. I wondered why they even reached out to me with a message attached about wanting friends just to be absolutely silent on my page. I give people a year before I delete them for not logging on. That's a really long time. I'm more…

Gosh...im relatively new to maintenance. Some days, all I want to do is eat. And I do. I've tried to loosen the reigns a bit with my food choices but I really have very little self control. Accordingly I probably should keep my reigns a bit tighter at all times.
