I have tried the wraps. There is a decrease in size but for me, it's not major. I only paid $60 but I save the wraps for special occasions- when I wear a form fitting dress and want an extra flat tummy.

Sounds like you are doing everything right. Have you eliminated alcohol? Have you checked to see if you have any medical conditions? PCOS and insulin resistance make it very difficult to lose if you are consuming carbs and proteins. Do you have an idea of what your basic meals are like each day? Also can you up your water?

What about going for a run? If I feel like my eating was not good, if I work out, I don't beat myself up as much. Super frustrating. How many calories are you eating a day? Do you measure with a food scale? When you work out, do you use a heart rate monitor?
