  • Overnight oats! :love: 1/2 cup wholegrain rolled oats 1/2 cup unsweetened organic soymilk - (I used a little more for the bowl above) 1/2 cup fat free yoghurt 1 cup berries (although; yesterday I had sliced banana - and it was scrummy!) 1 tsp agave nectar 1 dash cinnamon (okay; I like more than a dash)

  • iifym.com is pretty good for macros etc, and rippedrecipes.com has some sweet ideas for meals. Just need to sort it into a plan! I was pretty much there with TDEE, it's just difficult sometimes to account for my activity levels - they change so much day-to-day! Yeah I guess I'm pretty anal about meal schedule/timing etc,…
  • I know there's no need, I generally just tend not too. Protein in every snack - nommy. I'm kind of asking if anyone has any sample meal plans or a rough guide with macro breakdowns for me to follow - more so that I know I'm eating enough really... Thanks for your input though!
  • I'm in a bizzare scenario of trying to gain! I could try and match you, say gain 1/2 a pound for every pound you lose? (It's way harder than it seems)

  • I have p90x also - would that be better? I tried a dumbbell only workout at home for a month, hit a plateau after weights became too light. I don't have the money to keep upping the weights and there's only so much more weight you can add to a backpack etc when squatting!
