I'll take a crack at it. You eat healthy meals and some junk and do a dance exercise, but you aren't losing weight. So now you're afraid that you'll gain no matter what you eat. Instead, you don't eat enough and are putting your body in starvation mode so you aren't losing anything either. Yes?

I'm game for challenges. I do monthly workout challenges with a group of my friends that at least get me active. I've been logging everything for 2 1/2 months so I'm good on that. I've been working on drinking enough water because I can easily go all day on a cup or two tops if I don't make a conscious effort to track it.

I try to log what I think I'll have for dinner at the beginning of the day so I can plan the rest of my day around that. I overestimate to give myself room but know I can still have that much if I want it. For everything else, I plug it in before I eat it.
