You nailed it. skinny does not equal fit, which is by far a much better guage of true health. I started mfp with no exercise and just followed a calorie regiment. After incorporating good workouts and good nutrition to actually get fit, my weight goals are in sight, but I don't know that I'll ever make "skinny" :)

There was a time when this would be appealing, lol. While I don't boycott McD, I put my creativity to use in making other concoctions. But kudos on your inventiveness :)
