  • From what I've read and seen, the Charge HR is actually pretty reliable in its readings for heartrate. I too have a Zip and am saving for the Charge HR. I have a separate Polar HRM but it'd be nice to have one device to do it all, as well as measuring heartrate while at rest and throughout my day as a better indicator of…
  • You look incredible! Well done! Did you do it all by diet alone? What kind of changes did you make?
  • I'll be 20 in 2 weeks. I'm female, 5' 7.5", and my starting weight was 241 (according to the scale at the doctor's office in December 2013). I've fallen off track a few times, but I'm now down to about 215. My first goal is to hit the 'healthy' BMI range, then to continue to tone/lose until I'm comfortable with my body!…
  • It sounds like you haven't heard much about TurboFire here, so I wanted to add my two cents! I bought Turbo a little over a month ago and although I really haven't been faithful to the program (I've missed probably 8 workouts and you're only supposed to take 1 rest day a week; I've also substituted other workouts some…
  • I'm starting Turbofire on Monday! I'll add you :) I can't wait! I've seen some really great results and I'm excited to start this 3-month journey.
  • I'm 19 and I'm looking to go from 241 to around 145-150. Feel free to add me! (:
  • I'm a little late to the party, but I want to join as well. CW: 223 GW: 193 (end of 90 days) UGW: 150 This group will be great. 90 days is exactly the time I'll be heading home from college for the summer. It'd be great to surprise my family being 30 lbs lighter!
  • I'm also in college, currently in my 2nd year. The unlimited dining plan and college lifestyle have taken a big toll on me as well. I have a goal of losing about 80-90 lbs. Like some of the other posters here suggest, planning your meals is a big part of it. If your'e eating at a dining center on campus, check out their…
  • Day 3 of level 2. I feel like I phoned it in just a little bit... I've been doing them in the afternoon/evening and today I wanted to try doing it first thing in the morning. Definitely won't be trying that again. I might do a second round tonight after work to make up my missed day earlier this week, and since I…
  • That's such a huge difference difference! Really inspiring. Congrats!
  • I'm also looking to drop between 70-90, depending on how I look when I get down to those levels. Feel free to add me, the more friends the better! :drinker:
  • I'm almost 20 (birthday in July). I'm doing the 30 Day Shred right now, and plan to follow that up with either Ripped In 30 or perhaps a combination of some of her other, more area-specific DVD's (ie No More Trouble Zones, Killer Buns & Thighs, etc). I plan to finish up the 30 Day Shred during the first week of March. Feel…
  • Full time student, part time optician in an eye clinic. Studying biology pre-med, with hopes of being an ophthalmologist.
  • I'm in Grand Forks too. Originally from Williston.
  • Just finished day 1 of level 2. It's a very refreshing change from level 1. It definitely kicked my butt, though. I can't wait to build up the endurance to do it without taking breaks!
  • I'm 19 so I'm quite a bit younger than you, but I also want to lose about 90 lbs. Feel free to add me if you'd like. Good luck!
  • Finished level 1 today. I went ice skating last night and fell pretty hard twice, so my muscles were aching quite a bit from that. I didn't have as much energy to put forward in my 30DS workout today since I'm so sore. Still, I'm looking forward to tomorrow's change to level 2. I did my weekly weigh-in last night and I was…
  • I lost about 35 lbs doing primarily elliptical. Mostly intervals for 20-35 minutes or high resistance for 40-60 minutes. However, I also did about half of Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred in there too.
  • I'm in my 2nd year of college. I've been overweight most of my life, but college definitely took a toll on me. I'm trying to get control of it now, though. I'm eating more healthy and being active every day. Feel free to add me (:
  • I started on Feb. 1st. I missed yesterday but I did it twice today to make up for it... Not ideal, but I want to finish on time if at all possible. I'm also watching what I eat and doing at least 30-45 mins of additional cardio every day. I'm noticing results already too. I took before pics on the 1st and I can't wait to…
