Ooooh, I'm also in. I'm off on holiday on May 15th and had already set myself a goal of losing 35lbs from when I started 4 weeks ago and having lost 13lbs already, I need to stay on track to lose the rest and maybe a bit more, too.

Well done! That's awesome. I was a bit more relaxed towards the end of the week and the weekend and found myself really fighting not to keep going back to the 'treats' box where we hide all of the treats, so today I've decided just to not have any trigger foods since I can't slide backwards into it this time.

I think my biggest trigger is hunger - like coming home from work and not having anything prepared for dinner. I've sometimes got through crisps, chocolate, cheese, etc while making something for dinner and then that triggers more bingeing because I feel guilty about eating those.
