Oh god, I haven't logged my weight since 22nd as I know it's not good. Fiancé had his birthday last Friday then I had mine on Monday so there's been a few days of lots of food and drink. 12/09: 158lb 17/09: 157.2lb Almost 1lb. Have not been great though this week with food. It's weekends that get me as we tend to relax a bit too much on what we eat/drink. Next weekend is a birthday double with my fiancé turning 30 on Friday and my 31st on Monday. After that we have agreed to refocus at weekends!

You need to look for a seat designed for women, they tend to be shorter and slightly wider than men's designed for our anatomy.
