We make wraps with lunch meat and veggies and a wedge of laughing cow cheese, or bagel thins with pizza sauce, canadian bacon, veggies and cheese and warm in microwave. Also, a can of soup is an occasional go to on the nights I don't have my boys.

I enjoy Fiber One 90 calorie Brownie Bars warmed in the microwave. Also Special K has lots of good granola bar type options with low calories. I really like their chocolate and strawberry bar. Chocolate cereal is something I like to eat. Also, warm chocolate pudding......yuuuuuummmmmm!!!

I buy soups like progresso or campbells. They are low calorie and a quick grab and go. Also, sandwiches or sometimes I like a hodge podge lunch, like a boiled egg, some cottage cheese and a veggie or something like that just to mix it up. Brown rice with chicken you could make the night before, add some veggies or whatever…

1. Log everything and stay within your calorie limit. Oh I have two, sorry 2. Have a cheat day now and again and don't eliminate anything from your diet for good. Wow, maybe that was like 4? :/

You can lose weight just by eating less calories. (without exercise) AND It doesn't matter when you eat your daily calories, as long as you stay within your total calorie limit for the day.

Take one box of any kind of cake mix, mix it with 12 oz of diet soda, any flavor. Mix just those two ingredients and bake as directed on cake mix box. Be sure to use no calorie baking spray or it will stick though! Turns out just like a cake with all the other ingredients but without all the calories!

I have lost 8.5 pounds in 8 weeks by just staying under my MFP recommended calories for my goal of losing one pound a week. I have a desk job, so I sit much of the day. I don't have time to do exercise, but plan to do more as it gets into the Spring/Summer months. In the end, its the calorie deficit that matters most. :)
