  • hugest peeve....people that come in reeking of cologne or perfume. a) it stinks..... b) it causes me to start sneezing and pulls me out of my happy zone.... c) you are going to sweat and possibly smell like b.o. either way so why bother??
  • mmmm...cheat days were made for beer!! I live in a city w/amazing microbrews...and really limiting when I drink has made me a super cheap date so I can afford the extra calories for a tasty porter or stout (but i will double up the cardio the next day!!)

  • I love salad, but unfortunately lighter greens like lettuce and spinach kill my gut. I actually found that eating heavier stuff like raw shredded cabbage or kale is ok, go figure...I know quite a few people who have had the opposite experience. But my favorite salads are super chunky veggies w/no lettuce at all.

  • I love Vega Sport Performance Protein powders. They're vegan (so no worries at all if you're lactose intolerant!!) and not dependant on soy or loaded with sugars which is really nice.   • I use it in place of lotion...a little goes a long way though!! I have a couple keloid scars that were pretty prominant but with regular use of the coconut oil they've become really small.
