  • Scales only tell part of the story , like many others have posted 7 pounds is great , keep up the good work. Be patient and dont be discouraged by what the scale says
  • My journey is very similar to mummagrape and a few others. Lost 33kg in 2013 , the last 2 years put back on 44kg. Ive been a member on here a long time but haven't been active for over a year. Started a fresh , learning from my mistakes I am prepared to do the hard work to get back to where I was. Feel free to add me ,…
  • I think my metabolism is slow regardless of my age (41 ), in saying that , the food I was eating was the main contributor to my weight gain .Not my age Last year I put on 33kg ( over the whole year ) after losing 30kg at the end of 2012. Ive cleaned my diet up for over a month now and have added exercise in and Ive lost…

  • I have a little more than 30 kg to lose , could be as much as 40kg , I dont have a goal weight as such , what it ends up as is it up to the body but it will be down around 74 - 80 kg End of 2012 I lost 30kg , but over 2013 I put on 33 kg . Enough is enough , time to strip it back off and keep it off forever
  • Im Aussie ( through and through ) , living on the gold coast Add me if you like I have been here for a long while but have just restarted after been away to refocus
  • Thats a good read and I can say Ive done all those things at some point in the past . I hope to be wise enough now to know what path to tread. It took me awhile to realise it was a lifestyle change and not a diet , once you learn this then I think that its the major hurdle to overcome
