  • curious, you say don't log exercise calories....how come? I was going to ask if I should add in calories burned from weight training as it doesn't seem like the program takes those calories into account.
  • I love Cosco energy blend with edamame, cranberries, almonds and pumpkin kernels. You cant eat a ton of it (1/4-/2 cup), but its a pretty filling snack.
