If your focused, I think You can lose more than that! The only thing stopping you is yourself, so get that moto at an all time high, and see that weight go to an all time LOW! If you ever want tips for working out, just holla :)

I love to make my own sushi! Its quite easy if you get the rice just right. But as far as what to put in it, thats up to you. Its quite easy and if you practice you learn the tricks rather fast. Put some veggies, avo, and some fresh cut fish and your good to go. Low calories too :) P.S. Get your bamboo pads and cover them…

lol, I cooked chicken breast the other day for the first time actually... I winged it and it turned out alright. I think it would be better if I just baked it though. I fried it :P

I am only 5.4 and used to weigh 220!!! Ive worked hard and it felt like a chore at times, but once you get started you cant stop! Keep the moto up and you will find yourself at 113 again in no time :) Set goals such as run times too, so you can see progress even on the weeks you dont lose anything. Mike Proudly 160

GNC Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 has 93 calories per scoop with 20 grams of protein. That is the one I am currently taking. Im 100% positive there are lower caloric supplements out there though. Good Luck with your marathon!
