I'm 156lbs and am wearing size 12 pants (US size 8). My hips are 36" and my waist is 29.5". My goal weight right now is 140lbs, then I'll see how I feel once I'm there. I eat 1500 calories a day and do an hour of cardio 5x per week. I don't eat back exercise calories.

I eat my "lunch" within an hour of going to sleep and I've lost 64lbs so I'm going to say no.

I generally work out before breakfast so I eat shortly after anyway but the exercise I currently do (speedwalking and cardio at the gym) doesn't increase my appetite. I'm considering switching to TDEE at some point soon for that reason.

If you do decide to get a digital scale, I recommend the Salter glass analyser scale. £10 in Asda and I find it to be very consistent, plus it measures body fat.

Birmingham =)

I'm on 1500 calories, would welcome any new friends. =)

Nope. Almost 10 months and 61lbs later, my appetite is the same.

I did Christine from The Phantom of the Opera last year but I was fat!Christine. I'd like to dress up again but as a more believable ballet girl this time, lol. I'd also like to dress up as Columbia from Rocky Horror, I think that'd be fun.

I'll be honest, my calves haven't slimmed at all after almost 60lbs lost but they are pretty solid muscle now from lots of walking.

Wow, great job!

2 litres (67.6oz). That's 4 500ml bottles, the same amount every day.

Around 135, depending on how I look when I get down there. The lowest I've been as an adult is 150 and I had a ways to go.
-
I'm also 5'7", am currently at 162 (started at 220) and am looking to get down under 140.

I'm British and I do think in stones. I'd probably convert any lb weight to stone in my head to get a better grasp of how heavy it is. However, when I go to the doctor and they ask me how much I weigh, they seem confused when I offer it in stone and I can't convert to kg in my head.

I've lost 55lbs so far and gone down from a 38H to a 36G/GG. They're smaller but still huge and out of proportion; I'm pretty sure I'm going to look like a Barbie doll when I'm at goal and small everywhere else but my chest!
-
I'm actually praying for my breasts to shrink! 50lbs down and I've gone from a 38H to a 36GG (UK sizes) and I'm really hoping a lot more will come off with the next 30-40lbs.

People thinking eating super low calories is a good idea (the less calories, the better, right?). I don't get why you wouldn't want to eat more calories, still lose weight at a good rate and have a better chance of keeping it off. And, you know, be healthy and strong rather than weak.

I eat 1400 and I don't eat back my exercise calories. I've lost 47lbs (I was on 1500 for the first couple of months) and have approximately 33lbs left to go.

My momma has lost over 50lbs with zero exercise. As for myself, I walk at 4mph for a minimum of 30 minutes each day.

I brought 5 years of being vegetarian to an end by eating a McDonald's Happy Meal, lol. I'm not a big meat fan because I don't like the texture of a lot of it but I never had any issues going back to it after 5 years. I still stick to Quorn for a lot of things but I eat a fair bit of chicken.

My "end goal" is 140 because that's right in the middle of the healthy weight for my height. It's also 10 stone, which is a nice, round number. I figure I'll get there and see how I feel.

Sounds like a plan! I've been walking 5/6 days (averaging 25 miles) a week for the past couple of months and I love it. Once you motivate yourself to get out there, there's nothing to but keep on walking.
