I'm doing 30DS and sticking to my regular calorie goal. I also use the calories burned (approx. 250 according to my HRM) to have a protein shake, although I do that on any workout day anyway.

At one point, I did agree. But now, one year and 70lbs later, I'm struggling. I have better knowledge and habits but my food issues and addiction haven't gone away.
-
You look seriously amazing! Well done on all of your hard work.
-
I keep it super simple: I wash my face with an Organic Surge face wash and I moisturise frequently throughout the day with Curel.

It's easy to get complacent when you're already a lot smaller that you were, I'm in the same boat. I just remind myself that I'm not happy where I am so there's nothing to do but keep going.
-
I drink mostly semi-skimmed. I enjoy milk but skimmed is so watery and I can't often justify the calories for whole.
-
It's my birthday tomorrow and I totally would except that Wednesdays are rest days for me. Otherwise, I wouldn't have thought twice about it. Exercise isn't a hardship for me, it's just part of my routine.
-
Not so much, haha, I'm a G cup. Much preferred the DD I was before!
-
Not just you. I'm several inches smaller in the hips than I was last time I was this weight but I'm also 3 cup sizes bigger.

Not in my experience. I've been overseeing my husband's intake (since I make his meals) and he doesn't "cheat" at all and yet he's not losing at the steady rate I would expect him to given he's 50+lbs overweight.

Last year I just ate one treat (a Malteaster bunny) and was done with it. This year I'm planing on doing the same, except with Cadbury Mini Eggs.

I have the occasional days where I don't care about calories and I generally don't log (they usually involve things I can't get an accurate calorie count for). They haven't derailed my progress and I generally don't even see a gain from them if I stick to my deficit for the rest of the week.
-
I use the Runkeeper app for walking and I find the calories pretty accurate. They account for weight, speed and inclines. I've never really found that the MFP calories for walking are overestimated like some of the other exercise burns.
-
It's probably water weight. I gained almost 10lbs following a 3 week vacation (not watching my calories at all) and lost it all within 3 weeks of being back on track.
-
This. I appreciate the tasty things I eat so much more now!
-
Congratulations and well done! I'm just 3lbs away from that accomplishment myself so I can imagine how it feels.
-
I ate likely 5000 calories on Valentine's Day and, a week later, I was down 2lbs.
-
Not getting fries with the chicken wrap I had from McDonald's!
-
6lbs. I ate at a deficit and did regular cardio. It was about 4 months into my weight loss journey.
-
I hate the whole "one last day before the diet" thing so I think it's best to start right away. I started on a Friday myself.
-
I log for my husband; I'm logged into my account on Firefox and his account on Chrome. Works for me.
-
I figure I'm probably going to be hungry at some point so I'd rather wait a little longer when I know a meal is due than risk being hungry later when I'm all about of calories.
-
I guess it'll be less of an issue when I'm able to eat more on maintenance but I see no reason why I can't keep this up longterm.
-
I honestly don't get any increased cravings or urges to overeat during my TOM, I just avoid the scale right before / during as I know I'm likely to be up.
-
It depends. I don't track when I'm on vacation in the US because there's so much stuff I want to eat and I'm there for such a short time that I'd rather just experience everything without worrying about the calories. Last vacation I put on almost 10lbs in 3 weeks and it was all gone after 3 weeks back on track.
-
I've lost 65lbs and my appetite hasn't changed at all. It takes a lot for me to feel full; I still finish most meals no longer feeling hungry but no feeling anywhere near full.
-
I'm 5'7", 155lbs. I started at 220lbs and my waist was 37" (probably at my naval, since I used to measure there). My waist (at the smallest point) is currently 29.5" and I'd like to lose a few more inches there.

2-3 hours usually. I like to go to the gym or for a walk before I eat.

To be honest, I didn't have particularly nice clothes anyway when I was a bigger size and only a few items in each size so I happily and quickly got rid of them as they got too big.
