I am at 1200 calories a day... and I do not eat my exercise calories. I am ALWAYS under 1200 and I eat PLENTY! Part of it is not how much you eat but what you eat. There are a lot of recipes out there that you can fix for lunch/dinner and will fill you up and still be under your calories. I aim to meet my 1200 calories b/c…

I am just glad to hear other people have bad weekends, too!! Like everyone said, just dust yourself off and start over. It happens. Who knows - you might have still lost weight over the weekend! :)
