I used www.zumba.com to find a local class. There were lots of options and a friend and I tried a few and finally settled on a location we like. I now incorporate it into my other workouts like walking and the eliptical trainer. It is fun and I burn as much if not more as I do on the eliptical. Good luck! :)

I had the same problem! I hate when they are all baggy and stretched out by the end of the day! My favorite right now are Levi's 505. They are curvier in the hips and thighs and actually fit my smaller waist. They are straight leg so I can also tuck them into boots. The best part is they are 90% cotton and only 10% stretch…

Me too... usually at about 45 minutes. I have tried to move my feet in different positions and go backward instead of forward but it does not work. I have just learned to put up with it. :(
