My goal was 3 so I am a little frustrated but I know hormones are not my friend this week. Going to try for another 3 for next week. A loss is still a loss though.

I have started blogging as well. Never thought I would, but it is a nice to be able to write down what you are feeling and then go back and look at it later and see the journey. And life is quite the journey.

Lisaa7x that is my problem as well!!! I snack when I get home then eat supper then snack again. Problem is my snacks are more like a full meal. If you find the magic solution let me know :)
