Delicious! I add vanilla, chocolate chips, walnuts, egg whites and shredded coconut (measured of course)works out to 65 calories a cookies!!! Took them to work and everyone wanted to recipe !!:wink:

I am also getting back on the track to healthy eating and trying exercise at least 5 days a week for 1 hour! Any advise and sharing of diaries with ideas would greatly be appreciated!
