I've done a lot of research on it in the past and have tried it in desserts. I like it and prefer it definitely over artificial sweeteners. :) I think with some baking agave nectar works even better though, and definitely recommend it if you haven't tried it, too, it's yummy!

The celery thing isn't really true, so it's okay if you don't like them :) If you're ever looking for a change-up, Kashi's 7 grain crackers are awesome, and rice crackers are yummy too! Some cereals like Cracklin Oat Bran are pretty good as snacks, too :)

I definitely agree about the water and brushing teeth...if I ever have a huge sweet craving that even those won't fix, I love frozen grapes, chocolate protein powder in water, or a really yummy fruit herbal tea :)

Hi! :) Congrats on the half marathons and your new goal for the marathon! I've done half marathons, too, and am starting to train for my first marathon (I've had a couple knee surgeries, so need to see if it can handle that long of a distance) that's later this year (btw I love your 100 books goal! :-D)

My main tip would be to not skip any meals. :) Make sure you have breakfast, because after not eating all night your body needs some nutrition and it'll kickstart your metabolism (skipping breakfast, on the other hand, slows down metabolism and may cause you to eat more later in the day). Also, I never go more than 3-5…

There are a lot of great exercises you can do at home :) If you like Db but don't want to buy them, you can use filled water bottles as Db and do exercises like bicep curls, shoulder press, tricep kickbacks, back row, and lunges with them!
