Hi Kirsty Best advice I can give is to do everything in your own time at your own pace - that way, you will enjoy it. The worst thing is if you push yourself too hard and don't enjoy. Sure, it will hurt at first, but you'll feel so amazing after every session. Wishing you the best of luck. Ro :)

Thanks everyone for the responses. I know that all of you have it in you to achieve your goals. Just keep on believing in yourself. Hope you don't mind me adding some friends, will be great to be part of the community. Keep running, walking ... and eating, but in the right balance!! :)
