First time posting in this thread. I love the ideas and support that everybody brings in. Just for today: 1. I will not have any alcoholic drinks and drink my daily water intake 2. Work out for 30 minutes 3. Eat more veggies and fruit with every meal

I'm 5'7 SW: 190 CW:180 GW:140 Lowest weight 132 I walk almost everyday but I like to add in some swimming or running occasionally. I do HIIT 3 times at least 3-5 times a week. My caloric intake is between 1200 and 1400 depending on if I am doing HIIT or not I will eat a little bit more.
