i started day 1 this morning and i'm hoping to stick with it this time. i've only ever got as far as level 2 so we'll see if i can see all 3 levels this time. i love it. feels so good afterwards and i've seen results in the past so i know this time won't be different. :) GOOD LUCK! keep at it!

me during on the left(taken a month or so ago 215-230ish) and before at around 375. ideally would like to see 140-160 this year.

i started mfp at like 331.

i started at 375lbs. i weigh 205ish right now. my goal right now is a tighter 175ish. but i'd LOVE to see 140.

i think i first noticed when i could go to the store and try on a new size. take pictures, i truly think they make a difference. so like every friday or something take a pic of yourself.. you'll totally notice a difference. i get nervous because even after 102lbs, i still feel like i am the same.

That is a bummer. when people tell me that i've lost weight, i feel great. I like that people notice. Most people don't really notice until I show them pics because I'm with them every day. Maybe she was offended because she didn't think she looked bad before.. Was it a significant amount of weight? or she just looked like…

i've started but always get interrupted. :( i've got to level three. my body def looked different but i don't have actual stats for you. :) maybe i'll try this next mo. i'm going on vacay this month so i won't be able to do this.

Height: 5' 1.5'' Weight: 233.4 Age: 26 Daily calorie goal (not including exercise): 1400 Average weight loss per week: 3lbs.. when it's a super good week. Starting weight: My heaviest was 375. I found mfp at 331.6 Exercise of choice: zumba.. its my fav. but i also love the elliptical and lifting. :) or the 30ds

i totally have lost boob.. but honestly, i'd rather have less fat in my body, including in my boobs, and be healthy than to have big boobs. plus, there are wonderful bras, chicken cutlets, and other things to consider. :)
