i have the same problem. some days i just can't get enough. i agree with others, don't just get your calories in, get quality calories, lean proteins, fiber rich veggies, and a little fruit. drink water like it's your job. all these things should help. that, and, space your meals out, and try to sleep at the same time each…

i no longer weight 300 plus but i just didn't pay attention. i was in a relationship that wasn't working, i went to college, i started taking the shot birth control, stopped really being physical except walking to classes, and i was eating the worst food possible. i never even realized how large i got until after i'd…

i was 'worried' about this too, kinda. i started losing weight and realized that it went away first in my belly (which is where i gain first), in my boobs and face. last is my butt and thighs. i felt really good about that. although, i'm happy losing fat from where ever it decides to come off of. :) i'm more concerned with…

I'd like to lose 95lbs or so. Any loss is a good one. At least 60lbs for sure. Trying to lose it by Valentine's day! It's aggressive, but I've done it before and hope to do it again! I'd love to be of support!

to keep me motivated. to keep me accountable. to have people that know exactly what i'm going through.

i'm a constant work in progress soon. hopefully this time is our time!

i love them but have been a chicken about actually doing it myself. the idea of picking one thing and a spot to put it in is so hard for me. a bff gave me a tattoo for my bday.. we still haven't actually got the tattoo but she is telling me we need to get one soon. ah! h has a few and i love them! so sexy!

Can totally do it!

Hey Brittany! I wish that at 18 I did what you're doing and seeking support. At 18 I weighed about 240, during my few years at college, I got to 375lbs. After having lost a few lbs from moving into an apartment where stairs were unavoidable, I lost about 35lbs. I signed up for MFP and lost over 100lbs, with 175lbs being my…

Hello! Yes, I'm a relatively new mom. My twins are 10 months old and I just posted a introduce yourself post as well! Sending you vibes that things go super well for you! Being a mom is hard, and the body after babies isn't the best, but, babies are such a blessing! You're only 11 days pp, so don't be too hard on yourself!…

OK- i can't get the photos to work. :( But, I made them my profile picture so you can all see what I'm starting from.

Morning! I've been absent for a long time now. I got pregnant at the beginning of 2013 with twins and wasn't allowed to do much during my pregnancy. I then had a C-section after 3 days of labor and at about 12 weeks, I started back with a trainer. I started having major guilt being away from the babies and so i stopped…

Awesome! You've done so amazing!

never mind, i just added the exercise.

i'm not finding breastfeeding as an exercise.. anyone have an idea? when i searched the help section, it said to just add breastfeeding... i think i'm probably burning about 800-1100 calories a day breastfeeding.

this is exactly what i was thinking! i thought that it did ask, way back when, if i was bfing. i should just go sign up again with another email. my doctor says that i need 1000 extra which seems excessive, 600 sounds a lot more manageable. I did recently learn that oatmeal is good, so i've been eating it for breakfast…

Aw, thank you for your response. i'm back to work, but i pump and they receive milk at home. i totally thought all the weight would come off with bf but i still have some stubborn weight- which i'm positive is fat- that will not come off. i will add in some weights. i need to get a routine down at home. i've considered…

while it might be called the 30 day shred, jillian mentions that you should move up once you're ready.. so really, whenever you are ready. but i'd judge that by making sure you're doing the workout with great form and full out each time. once that becomes easy, move up.. i'll be doing 10 days of each. good luck.
