  • Yes it is, but it's still got white flour. However, like I posted before, they use the same dough for the breadsticks and a pizza crust is about the same size as one of their breadsticks. One breadstick has 110 calories. I can be generous and say 80-90 calories in the crust, but I just go w/ 100. I think I'm pretty safe.
