  • Well im 28, 5'5" currently weigh 163 and goal weight is around the 133 mark maybe less. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and have snacks as and when... is there a way you can see my food diary????? I struggle to consume my 1200 let alone the extra i burn through exercise.... maybe im eating the wrong foods? I dunno but…
