Day 6 is done...I took a day off and walked/jogged instead. It seemed easier for me today...wasn't as winded and able to do the strength exercises without too much trouble.

Day 5 is done and I'm so happy to say that I completed the whole thing!! The push ups were on my knees and I missed one of the anterior leg lunges due to timing but did the rest. I also agree that the first set of cardio is the hardest...once I'm done with it, I feel like the rest goes by quickly.

Day 4 was a bit harder for me because my 8 year old twins decided to exercise along w me and asked about a billion questions throughout the dvd. Completed all of the push ups, jumping jacks and jump ropes ( my knees have killed me on both the jumping jacks and jump ropes) for the first time and almost all of the anterior…

Day 3 is done!! I was able to do a bit more than yesterday...jumping jacks were hurting my knees the previous two days but they felt good today. my hardest part are the squats into those arm push ups. The squats are fine but by the 5th one, my arms/shoulders are burning and that's without the weights.

Day 2 completed and was easier today than yesterday. I think tomorrow will be even better.

Completed Day 1 earlier today and it KICKED MY BUTT but loved every minute of it knowing that I will become a healthier person. My 8.5 year old twins even "worked out" along side of me and helped push me through to the end.

Just joined and don't have the DVD yet but plan on getting it before we get started. I really need accountability where exercise is concerned so I am really excited about this group.

I'm in the same boat...I have 4 children-8 yr old twins, a 19 month old and a 7 month old-and have a hard time finding time to exercise. I've been walking at night around our neighborhood but would like other options to get more cardio involved. I need to lose about 90 lbs myself and know that if I'm held accountable and…
