Thanks so much for suggestions. I decided on baked turkey with garlic, lemon and cherry toms, served on a bed of mixed beans cooked with tin of toms, chilli and garlic and broccoli. Made a nice change :)

Ohh I am also SO with you on this!! My husband is as skinny as a stick...but he eats like a HORSE! Honestly he does not stop. He will easily consume 2000 calories of an evening.
