I got a cheap oyster blender from walmart and I put daily on my shake whole bananas, strawberrys, almonds and 6 cups of ice and I dont have any problem and it does not leave chunks of ice or fruits

a personal trainer explained me that is not about the calories, is that carbs take longer to metabolize/ burn and if you are not going to workout that carbs will storage in fat. To me, it makes sense.

I need to loose 80 pounds. Last week I increased my calories from 1840 to 2200 and I started noticing changes on the scale. Im just hoping it continues like that :)

I am concerned about my sugar intake specially with so many family members with diabetes. I am looking to make some changes, most of the sugar comes from fruits. I dont know what to do about it. I drink juice often. Does anyone knos how much sugar intake is good or bad?
