3 weeks counting calories and working out and NOTHING!
Hi I have been using MFP for about 3 weeks. I dont exceed my calories, I am choosing healthier foods, eating less portions, workingout 3 or 4 times a week burning around 600 calories per workout and I havent lose weight.
