Signed up for a challange at my gym to win 10,000 dollars

Hi everyone!
I signed up at my gym for a challenge of 3 mons were who lose more weight can win a price of 1st place 10,000 2nd place 1,500 3rd place 1,000.
I have been on MFP for about 4 mons. I haven’t lost pounds but definitely inches. Im turning 25 next week, 5"8 and current weight is 232. Around 4 weeks ago I signed up at the gym and I go 2-4 times a week for around 1.5 hours per day. This week I’m starting with a personal trainer once a week.
I have done numerous changes on my diet for example:
no sodas, 5 meals a day, cooking my lunch and not buying fast food, protein shakes, switch to soy milk, more fruits (orange, green apple, banana or strawberry), portion control, weight my food, etc.....
If anyone can give me some advice I would appreciate. My diary is open.

Dang that some serious money! :noway: Read the fine print please. Nothing to add with what you're doing except log everything and I mean EVERYTHING that goes in your mouth. I often forget gum, mints, samples, etc.....0
