1330 to 1530 cals a day. I used to eat less than 1,000 a day and it made me very sick. That is not recomended at all. I wouldn't advise. Even my doctor said that isn't good.

Look for coupons in your local circular, and if you have a walmart in your area, they will price match, even the coupon price specific for another store. Start your list with the most needed, and plan how many meals you need, and how far your foods will go. Make meals that will last a few days! Good luck, it can be done!

Its the start of a victory! I joined the gym today! The heat makes it unbearable to do my walks, so I'm going to hit the gym, and take advantage of their pool and other classes!

That is a great first weigh in! I found that taking measurements helps as well.
