Avacados and Bananas
So over the past 4 years, I can't eat raw bananas or avacados becaue I will get stomach cramps and/or throw up. Has anyone else had issues that arose with their eating like this after a pregnancy?

PS3 EA Sports Fitness

How to Track Foods from local Deli
On occasion I will eat on the go, I will make a good selection, but how do I track the calories on my site? Do I guess? What do you all do? For example: Half a turkey sandwich with artichoke spread on wheat? I'm clueless.

I met my First Goal!!

Finally...

I'm Stuck Help!!

The Dress Zipped!

Defeating the purpose?
I'm confused. When I excercise and I burn say 400 calories, it give me an extra 400 calories to eat that day. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of excercise? I really don't want to follow that rule. :noway:
