    Not a book, just a movie -

    Stranger than Fiction

Nothing I've ever read has influenced me quite so much as that movie. I owe my life to that movie - I'd probably be dead of an OD now if it wasn't for one of my very best friends sharing it with me.

    Also, check out this blog:

The author of that really helped me because he explained why its so important to make tiny little changes, set little goals, and reward yourself constantly. Meeting the little goals becomes your best motivator :)

If you're talking about weight loss motivational books, one that I would really recommend is Secrets of a Former Fat Girl by Lisa Delaney. It really changed my outlook on a lot of things and made me realize that I CAN be who I want to be, because other people have done it too. Here's the website if you want to check it out: http://www.formerfatgirl.com/index.html

If you're looking for just regular make-you-want-to-get-up-and-have-a-great-day motivational books, I find anything by Khalil Gibran gets me up and moving and in a positive mood

Thank You for the help, I'll have to check it out. Funny I have had that movie for months but have never watched it yet!

Not a book... but articles. I really love to read the "I Did It!" stories from Fitness magazine. You can also see them online on their website: www.fitnessmagazine.com

    They are really motivational!
