So I started this at the beggining of March and it started great. The first few weeks I lost 2 lbs each. I was really happy. My weight to begin with was 212 and now I am 208. So for the past month or so I haven't been able to exercise. I am extremely busy with weddings and school functions for the kids. I feel like no matter were I go there isn't APPROPRIATE food eat, or there isn't time to exercise. Honestly that is my biggest issue. I can't work out, and that makes me feel like a bumb, then I eat like a bumb. What kind of quick exercises can I do at home. I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old that keep me busy and I work until 6 at night. So needless to say I don't have time to work out. I'm getting discouraged and need help!

My wedding is in a year and I'm in a wedding in a few months! I really need to get back in gear!

There isnt a such thing as no time- If you wait for time to come it will never happen you have to make it happen- you can workout for 30-60 minutes after the kids go to bed- If you find yourself watching tv or talking on the phone that is time that you could be working out- You can take the kids for walks- I too have a fulltime job and 2 little ones and my husband is in Iraq as well its just me and the kids- I workout 6 days a week Even when I am at work i find time to get a walk in even if its just during lunch for 10-15 minutes after I eat or on a 10 minute break- You can do it just have to be determined- Good luck

    YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
I make sure to eat every 2 hours and ALWAYS carry along snacks etc to eat when I wind up somewhere that I might not have any options (they might not be the best but I carry Luna bars, kashi bars and EAS drink/shakes..just to hold me over until I can get home and make a better meal)
I don't care what people think...
Oh and as far as working out...try and squeeze in anything...better than nothing
    I have a treadmill at home...worth every $
In the am before the kids start begging for b-fast I jump on for 20-45min (however long they will give me)
Then I'll jump back on for 10 minutes during the day

    Good luck!

I'm going to give you a link. I believe this link is exactly what you need to read. It's all about wanting it bad enough. You can make any excuse you like (Heck, I did it for 10 years), but in the end, if you want it, you just have to say no to some things, take some time for you, and do it.

Pftt.. I dont care if people think I'm crazy. If I'm going to be out and I know its going to fall in a "snack" time, I pack an apple/orange/banana/ and 100 cal pack of something in my purse lol. and I DO NOT LEAVE HOME without my water bottle.

As the others have said, you gotta find/make time. I have a 6 yr old son , 3 step kids AND 2 daycare kids. My day starts at 6am with daycare kids and doesnt end til after 9pm with my kids. and though I way just wanna fall on my face and relax once everyone is in bed thats my chance to exercise, so I do it , cause I want it , cause I deserve it , and cause my family deserves to have a happy and healthy mom.
