So let myself eat whatever is at my parents house for dinner,... just small portions, or give myself a day... hmm.... What are all your plans?

Since I know what my mom is making for dinner... I already plugged it in for Sunday. That way I know early how much I can eat for breakfast and lunch. I planned for a little more than I think I will eat.

i don't plan to have an easter dinner. it is easier for me to stay on target if i don't eat all the crap that my family makes.

Luckily I've recruited a few family members to this site, and we are all on the weightloss bandwagon. So I'll have some good options, and I will still track it. I'm starting off too good to mess up now.

I'm cooking this year so I'm including lots of veggies and lower calorie versions this year. Having sugar free fruit pie for desert instead of cheesecake this year.

My famous taco salad---not letting one day ruin my plans of improving my long-term health.

not really, I don't eat chocolate - I just haven't used the emoticon yet this year.

    I'm not going anywhere so I will have full control over my own menu. . . .er. . . bunnies . . . .

I'll be preparing Rocco Dispirito's Now Eat this recipe for Turkey breast, cranberry & stuffing for 323 calories. Plus, a desert of fruit fondue for 190 calories.

It will still be a special meal for the family with yummy food but keeping it healthy.
