This is my 4th day on the diet and excercise. Also my 4th day on the website.
I have become more motivated and concious of my food and excercise. I have a busy lifestyle and normaly don't have much time to fit in working out. But with my supportive fiance I'm doing it!
I normaly am really a sucker when we go out to eat. My friend is taking me out tonight. Trying to think of low calorie options that will fill me up. Going to be hard to resist becuase, this is my former work out buddy, a few years ago we lost 40 lbs together (then I got pregers) and now she is pregnant! So she can eat whatever!
I'll be strong because I so want to be skinny again!

Great job! I have been using this site for 11 days now. It really is inspiring to see what other people write and to keep track of your calories.
I am finally learning how to estimate my calories better. For the first few days, I would look at my lunch and think, "This is it???" Now I see that my portions were out of control before. I'm doing so well at planning my meals calories-wise that I'm finally paying more attention to things like fat or calcium than calories when I decide what to eat.
Good luck tonight. I went out to eat for Mexican at lunch and am feeling a little guilty about it. Too many chips and I had soda! :noway: Oh well, I am going to snack on carrots and celery, eat a sensible lunch, and tomorrow is another day.0
