Sounds like a good plan! I also try and push water as much as I can so I don't feel the need to eat all the time. I eat out of habit, and stress. Hard habit to break but I'm getting there.

I do if I go after work, but I don't if I wake up early and go. Sometimes I like to just blend in, and not be noticed, .. not yet at least, maybe 100 lbs from now. :smile:
