Welcome! I have found that this website is there for you, but you need to be there for yourself. You have already done the first step by joining! Get some good friends, and lean on each other. I myself have been back and forth on here for months, because I have a hard time with the calories. But I keep coming back and…

Thanks for your input! I did find out that you don't have to hold the wands :) You get arm bands with sensors in it, just in case you were thinking of it.

I will do mine when each of my personal goals is met.

It happens, we've all done it! I'm back for my third round. I just get distracted by life and lose focus on my goals. Being a mother, I deal with two children, and before I know it, aha! MOM has not taken care of herself! Good Luck, we are all here for each other. Feels good.

Don't listen to the haters, you are right, you are just putting it up there for those who want it. If you don't want it, stay out of it right? Thanks for sharing!

I live in Wisconsin and that would be a sin to cut out CHEESE! Everything in moderation is how I see it, cut it down and see where it takes you. :) Good Luck!

DO IT! I posted a topic like this a few months back, and I think it was better to get back on the scale, like it or not, it is what it is.

-Water -Fiber -Chew Gum -Bring a toothbrush and brush your teeth a time or two during the day, I feel like I can't eat when I just brush my teeth, and they are all clean and minty... I don't get the full effect when I just chew gum... I hope it helps!

-Grab a Cheese Roll from TacoBell and eat on the way home. -Stop on way home from work and grab a shake and fries and throw away at a car wash. -I used to hide snacks all over so it didn't look like I was gorging (which I was) Sick and it makes me feel terrible!! Trying hard not to do that stuff anymore.

I am 28 and I would have been dying if I wasn't used to all that exercise. I could barely get through a 30 min (30 Day Shred) Video! I agree with some of the comments above, you need to work your way into it. If you think you can just get up and work out like a maniac, you are setting yourself up to fail. Don't give…

Dito on this except instead of the mustard and vinegar, I put the low cal mayo packet on a 6 inch and it is only 365. I also get the flatbread since it seems to fill me up more. But it is so good, and filling. :drinker:

I do too. I was supposed to be taking some meds, but due to finiancial issues, am unable at the moment. It is a constant battle. It keeps me very tired. This is a good site to help keep you motivated. I plan on getting on my meds to regulate my Thyroid, and to try and help. I'm sure your doctor can give you some eating…

I would also do push-ups against the wall, hands on the wall feet back. It is still hard but it doesn't hurt my wrists as much.

If you want it, and can afford it, go for it!! I have 2 children, and have always been big busted. Right now, the majority of my 42D's are fat, I'm normally a C-Cup. But my husband just told me yesterday that he LOVES them the way they are, so as long as I'm happy and he is too, I'm good!

To me the actual number doesn't make a difference. I'd just be consistent. Either do all your weighs that you count on one or the other, and stick with that as your gauge. If you are feeling good, and sticking with it, the numbers will go down eventually. Keep going girl!

I got my husband a iHome he's been wanting for his iPhone. I also got him a movie we love for our Anniversary the next day.

I do you have to stay honest with yourself. I've Yo-Yo'd for the past 3 weeks, and when I keep it real with myself, I see my ticker go from 8-10-8-10 and it makes me crazy! So it motivates me to stay on the path!
