I agree, I have reduced my diet soda intake and I for sure get headaches. Your body will get over it pretty quick I'd say.

Keep up with the jogging, your body will get used to it, and I'm sure it burns more calories to run that to walk. :)

I had Progress Light Veggie & Noodles Soup with a Whole Wheat Turkey Sandwich with Roasted Red Pepper Hummus instead of Mayo. Yumm. Spicy sandwiches are awesome! With all the water I've been pounding, I'm sooooo full!

If it has calories or is carbonated, I would log under drinks, not toward your water.

I wouldn't suggest. All the Gyros I've had thought VERY DELICIOUS!! Are very fatty and you can really make a better choice. Maybe once in a great while splurge.

Tuna is great! I like the pouch better too, in water. The Pouch doesn't normally have any extra (eyes and scales) that sometime get into at least the cans I've bough the past few times. Lil bit of Light Mayo and garlic and you are set! Protein helps you stay fuller longer as well. Good snack.

I wasn't feeling so hot from all the RICH foods I ate yesterday either. And the Caburry Egg which I normally LOVE, was not worth the calories to eat it. I would have much rather had something else. Like Hummus and Pita Chips!!!

I had a caburry creame egg on Saturday and on Sunday I didn't go over my calories by much but I had mor rich foods. Steak, onion and mushroom saute, twice baked potatoes... grrr. Good to have that reminder once in a while. I've lost 6 lbs, but my pants are starting to feel better, and my acid reflux is getting a tad bit better.

Keep some snacks in your purse so that you don't have to eat that crap. I have only been eating better for a few weeks now, and I was stuck at Wendy's with my family a few weekends ago, and I was furious because there wasn't anything on the menu I could eat, and even the salads aren't great for you there. Sooo... lesson…

I don't really think there is a definite answer for your question. I just drink at least 8 glasses a day and it is great. You sound very much like me a few months back. I'd go back and forth back and forth. But you will know when YOU are ready. Untill then don't beat yourself up, that only makes it worse. I am on day 8 and I like it. There are three levels and I"m on level 1 consists of Jumping Jacks, crunches, push up's and stuff like that and you do need weights. You can do an easier version if you just can't do the full steps. Needs some room just because you need to do jumping jacks. Easy to follow.It is not really…

I have 2! But I haven't gotten any in 10 years! I have a butterfly with swirls and stars on my lower back, and a flower with swirls on my left shoulder. My next will be after I meet my first goal and that will have something to do with my children and husband.
