I have no clue on how a heart-rate monitor works, does it give you your calories? Sorry I am so clueless when it comes to this kind of stuff!

The eliptical at my gym has you enter in your weight when you first start. It measures your heart rate while your on and the resistance you are using. Mine was last summer at an amusement park when i had trouble getting the belt fastened on a roller coaster. I almost cried on the spot! Thats when enough was enough! Its been a batlle of ups and downs but such a good decision!

If you quit drinking soda or caffeine, that could be the problem. I know when I quit I had one heck of a migraine. Just make sure your getting enough to drink and plenty of nutrients from the foods your eating! Hope it goes away for ya soon. I hate them! :)
