Yes not eating enough will cause you not to loose weight and if you eat to few calories then your body will go into starvation mode. You will loose weight but when you start eating your calories again you will gain weight back and probably a little more.

I get weighed in every Monday at my gym. When I did weight watchers I weighed myself constantly to where it was almost an obsession. So I would say once a week or every two! I think once a day is way to much!

You dont want to do that it will put your bodt into starvation mode and will gain it back quickly. Can you do any kind of water exercise it would be low impact. You could also do some sort of workouts that do not require working your legs.Any exercise is better than none. I wish you the best of luck!!!

My kids keep me focused! I also keep my "fat" picture around as a reminder. I am also a competative person, so we started a weight loss challenge in our house! On May 31 is the end of it!
