Ah this thread makes me miss home, just moved to Maine from Wilmington, NC. Just getting started here. Was huge into crossfit a while back but been pretty lazy over the past year, moving a lot of traveling for work etc. all excuses. And started back into the gym last month but no CF gyms here and I miss that environment.…
