i did you do lose weight but you gain it back again because what your losing is water weight. you have to be very strong because it will make you hungry after a few hours... and all you can eat is cabbage soup...

just hang in there.. its tough when ur starting.. but the lesson i have learned is - you need to measure inches - because sometimes its not the weight but the inches and how you feel.. besides there is always water weight... good luck!
